Hotel rooms in Birmingham for sale !

I have two rooms booked in the Birmingham Central Broadway Plaza Travelodge for 8th September for one night. Both rooms are a double and include breakfast. Due to their special offers and availability, one is priced at 36 and the other is priced at 43. Unfortunately, we are now unable to use them and they are non-refundable. Rooms include tv, tea+coffee facilities, towels. Check in is from 3pm and check out is before noon next day. Hotel is very handy for the NIA, Sea Life Centre and ICC. Hope this helps someone out. (I am in Ipswich hence location, but hotel is in Birmingham, hence postcode)
